Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

  1. Personalized Products: We regret to inform you that personalized products are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or replacements for personalized products.
  2. Wrong Shipping Address: We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
  3. Non-Defective Items: For non-defective items returned in 100% new condition, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Upon receiving your return request, we will promptly provide a return label. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed, deducting the 30% restocking fee.
  4. For Defective Items: For defective items returned within 30 days, we cover the return shipping cost and replace them as soon as possible. 
  5. Return Conditions: All returns must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in new condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  1. Time Limit: Donna Katherine retains the right to refuse returns requested beyond the 30-day period following the delivery date.

Eligibility for Refunds: To qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure items are sent back in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service representatives.
  2. Email us at byDonnaKatherine@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Money Back Guarantee:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee.
  • After processing, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Returned to Sender:

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to you at your expense.
  • Refunds for returned orders will not include original shipping costs, priority processing, or insurance, and a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Lost Packages:

  • If a package is lost in transit, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase.
  • Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified.

Clearance Items:

  • Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • These items may not include original packaging, and we make no guarantees about their condition.

Warranties:

  • Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered.
  • Beyond 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

International Shipping:

  • Customs Duties, Taxes, and charges are not included in our base price.
  • Understanding and handling these fees are the shopper's responsibility, as each country has different Customs Duties and Tax Laws.
