Return & Exchange Process Flow
At Donna Katherine, your satisfaction is our priority, and we've designed a simple return and exchange process to ensure your experience is seamless.
Eligibility:
- Unworn or unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
Initiating Returns/Exchanges:
- All online order returns, refunds, and exchanges must be initiated through our customer service team.
- Contact us via email at byDonnaKatherine@gmail.com or call us at 505-585-2546 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm).
- Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Send an email to byDonnaKatherine@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item, and reason for return/refund.
- Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will review it and provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
- If the return/refund is approved, our team will send you a return label to your email address.
- Package your return using the provided label and drop it off at a UPS facility. Do not send returns to the original address.
- You will be notified when your return is received at our warehouse.
- Upon receipt, we can either:
- Refund your original payment method in 3-5 business days.
- Send a replacement order, ready within the next 72 hours.
Lost or Unreceived Orders:
- If your tracking number shows delivery, but you claim non-receipt, we rely on the tracking number.
- Provide a claim ID from the local post office for verification, and upon completion, we will send a replacement.
Restocking Fee:
- A 30% restocking fee is applicable for all returns.
Important Notes:
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
